However, we do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, materials, features and details of the actual product will be exactly as displayed on your device. The colors and sizes you see depend on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee they will be precisely accurate.
The inclusion of any products on our Service does not imply or warrant that these products will be available or fit any particular application or use. Before making a Purchase, please contact us to confirm availability and check that the product will suit your requirements. We will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of any product purchased from Sand And Stable® Furniture that does not satisfy your requirements.
Pricing
Sand And Stable® Furniture provides current product prices on the website which are quoted in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to revise prices up until the time of Purchase. Products are sold at the price displayed on the website at time of Purchase.
Product prices do not include any taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with international shipping. All taxes, fees, and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply for shipping and handling. Orders
By ordering from Sand And Stable® Furniture, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and make the Purchase.
Sand And Stable® Furniture reserves the right to limit or deny orders that could result in financial loss. Factors that may result in an order denial include inaccurate or incomplete information, suspected fraud, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, and problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance partners. You may be asked to provide further information prior to accepting an order.
Sand And Stable® Furniture reserves the right to limit quantities available for purchase. We will notify you if the Purchase cannot be fulfilled. You authorize Sand And Stable® Furniture to charge the full amount of the Purchase to the payment method used at the time of Purchase. You are responsible for all reasonable costs we incur to collect any past due amounts.
Shipping & Delivery
Sand And Stable® Furniture will make best efforts to deliver your Purchase within the timeframe specified during checkout and on the order confirmation. Weekends and holidays are not included when calculating the delivery date.
We provide free standard ground shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $500. Additional charges will apply for expedited and international shipping methods. You will be able to view full shipping rates prior to completing your Purchase.
Tracking information will be provided via email which will allow you to track the status of your order. Delays can occasionally occur during shipping and delivery. Sand And Stable® Furniture will not be liable for any losses related to delayed shipments.
You are responsible for inspecting your purchase upon delivery for any damage and defects. Please view our Return/Refund Policy below for how to proceed if your item arrives damaged or defective.
For Purchases being shipped internationally, you are responsible for all import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges which vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details on costs.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Purchase anytime before it has shipped by contacting [email protected]. If the Purchase has already shipped, please view our Return/Refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your Sand And Stable® Furniture Purchase, you may be eligible for a refund based on the policies below:
Returns Due to Damage:
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos showing the damage to initiate a return. We will arrange pickup of the damaged item and once received at our warehouse, you will be issued a full refund of the Purchase price.
Returns Due to Defect:
If a manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange return. We will inspect the item when received at our warehouse and issue a full refund if deemed defective.
General Returns:
If you wish to return a Sand And Stable® product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund of the Purchase price less the original shipping charges. Sand And Stable® offers free returns for purchases made directly through our website.
Custom Furniture:
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of damage or defect.
Please view our Shipping & Delivery policy for details regarding who pays for return shipping costs based on reason for return. Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at the time of Purchase. If the payment method is no longer available, please contact us.
Warranty
Sand And Stable® Furniture offers a 1 year manufacturing warranty on the structural integrity of our products under normal usage. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Any alterations or unauthorized repairs void this warranty.
Over time, fading of fabric and wood surfaces can naturally occur. Exposure to weather conditions such as sun, salt air, moisture are not defects but rather normal signs of use.
Sand And Stable® Furniture outdoor cushions come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. Fading and wear from ordinary use are not covered under the cushion warranty.
If you identify a defect covered by our warranties within the applicable timeframe, please contact us and provide proof of purchase, photos, and a written description of the identified issue. If deemed a valid defect, we will – at our discretion – repair, replace or refund the cost of the defective product, component, or material.

Sand And Stable® Furniture provides our Service and products on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties or representations express or implied including, without limitation:
- Ownership of material
- Accuracy or completeness of material
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
We do not assume liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of material
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the Service or products
- Any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or data
- Viruses or any other malicious code affecting the Service, products, or user devices
- Interruption of the Service or access to products
- Incompatibility between the Service and/or products with your device/software
- For any other reason beyond our control
Any material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained is done at your own discretion and risk. Sand And Stable® Furniture will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms where the delay of failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Sand And Stable® Furniture, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
- Direct damages are limited to the total amount paid by you to Sand And Stable® Furniture in using paid aspects of the Service over the prior one month period
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sand And Stable® Furniture and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
Ability To Accept Terms And Conditions
By using the Service you affirm that you are over the age of 13, and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement and are fully able and competent to satisfy the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth therein. Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Sand And Stable® Furniture without restriction.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and a party’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AND SAND AND STABLE® FURNITURE AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
